The ENRICH Program
ENhancing Resilience Cultivating Health
We are a community-based participatory research lab that seeks to understand how to improve the treatment of mental health concerns in youth who are impacted the most.
The RISE Project
By partnering with youth and community stakeholders, the Risk Identification for Suicidal Experiences (RISE) Project aims to identify unique risks and protective factors that contribute to suicidal ideation in youth.
Individual and Group Therapy
To tailor therapy interventions, youth experiencing stress and mood concerns take part in 8 to 12 therapy sessions in individual or group settings.
The UPLIFT Study
In the Understanding Protective Factors and Social Influences on Youth Mental Health Functioning (UPLIFT) Study, youth (18-25 years) complete a mental health survey.
